How long have you been in business?
We just celebrated our eighth year in business and seventh in our on Abbotts Bridge Road. Our staff has grown from two to seven and includes experienced Certified Public Accountants (CPA), Enrolled Agents (EA - licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS) and bookkeepers. We are looking forward to the next ten years as we plan for a 10 year anniversary.
What is your primary product or service?
Approximately half of our business is individual tax preparation. The other half consists of services to businesses including accounting, tax and payroll.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We both became interested in Accounting as a profession while in college. Cliff started in a small firm while in graduate school and Marilyn kept the books for a law office. We started our careers at KPMG where we served both private and public clients. Public accounting work has always satisfied us because it is never the same. Technology and tools change along with accounting principles and tax regulations. It is truly an opportunity for life long learning and service.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have invested in staff to answer calls and follow up with clients. The biggest reason someone comes to us is their existing CPA does not return their calls. We understand you can get swamped with work but it is our job to have the staff to be able to answer your questions and get back with you.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our service area includes Johns Creek, Duluth, Alpharetta, Cumming and Peachtree Corners. Being located at the crossroads of Abbotts Bridge Road and Medlock Bridge Road makes us easy to reach from any of these areas.

We are located in the Abbotts Commons complex at 6290 Abbotts Bridge Road just east of 141/Medlock Bridge Road and across the street from the Super H Mart.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks and all major credit cards.
Which areas do you service?
We call it the Tri-County area of Gwinnett, Forsyth and North Fulton. We have clients in Hawaii, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, India, Jordan, Lebanon and Dubai. As people have moved to and from Johns Creek they have chosen to stay with us. With our paperless lockbox technology we can provide service to clients across the country and around the world.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are owned by Cliff Davis and Marilyn Langford Davis. We have been residents of the Duluth area since 1988.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Appointments are appreciated but walkins are available.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We appreciate all feedback - especially when you see things we can do better. Our clients are never happy to have to file taxes but the fact they are happy to see us is the best compliment we can receive.
